1. Do you provide extra bed? 
Unfortunately extra bed is currently unavailable.
 
2. Do you provide baby coat? 
Yes, baby coat is available upon request
 
3. Is there any baby chair I can use?
Yes, baby chair is available upon request
 
4. Is room service available 24 hours?
Our room service is only available up to 22:00 PM
 
5. Where is the nearest ATM or Bank? 
There are some ATMs around the hotel. Two ATM BCA are available by walking distance, both 150-200meter away to the right or left of the hotel. Bank BTN, BNI, BRI and Mandiri are also very close to the hotel. If you need more help or have more questions, our reception staff will be ready to assist you upon your arrival for check in.
 
6. Is the hotel close to any mini marts or shopping center? 
Yes, there is a mini mart (Indomaret) right across the street from the hotel. There are more mini marts around the hotel 5-10 minutes away by walking distance. Shopping centers are around 4km away from the hotel. Some shopping centers you can check out:

7. Is there any smoking area or smoking room in the hotel?
All hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking area is available at our restaurant, Cafe Jalan-Jalan, which is located at the lobby

Yes, all food and beverages we offer in the hotel and our cafe are HALAL 
 
10. What’s your cancellation policy? Do I get charged extra cost if I cancel?
For room and event reservations, any cancellation earlier than 24 hours before your reservation will not be charged. If your cancellation is within 24 hours of your reserved day, no refund will be given (100% charge of your total reservation fee you have paid)
 
11. Can I do an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in or late check-out is available depending on our occupancy on the day and a fee is applicable. To find out more about our early check-in or late check out rates, please contact our hotel staff.
 
12. Is there any hospital close to the hotel? 
Yes, Mas Mitra Hospital is located 10 minutes from the hotel.

Our room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.

17. I am looking for a space for private parties (birthdays, weddings, etc.), which part of the hotel can I use to carry out such events?
For private events such as birthdays, weddings, arisan, etc., there are 2 different areas you can checkout. 
Cafe Jalan-Jalan: a restaurant located at the lobby. Can accommodate up to 100 people.
The Green Terrace: a multi-purpose rooftop area on the 5th floor . Can accommodate up to 150 people for a standing party. You can also stretch your party area to the Onyx, our meeting room.
